PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITION PAYMENT STEP
1. Customer start by filling out inquiry forms like in the sample as follows.

For Tee Times:

After receiving your booking request, we will check availability and confirm tee-times.
Payment options:

We kindly require a deposit of 25% of the total amount as soon as your booking has been confirmed. * Please kindly note that if less than 14 days prior booking for tee time we required immediate 100% full payment.
  • Payment by bank transfer – we will send you our bank details and wiring instructions by email upon booking confirmation.
  • Online payment by credit card on our secure server in real time (128-bit encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) technology – no storage or manual handling of credit card details). We will issue a direct link and instuctions for using our online payment system.
    *Please kindly note that credit card payment is currently unavailable
  • The outstanding 75% shall be paid 14 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
  • We will then issue all relevant vouchers, along with detailed pick up and meeting instructions.
In case of cancellation, we will refund:
  • 50% of your payment if at least 72 hours prior your tee time.
  • No refund for cancellation if less than 72 hours prior your tee time or no show.
